Profile display Issues (2)

Good Evening,

2 Issues. Latest version of ES.

1. Clicking on About in profile area returns nothing but the spinning wait circle.
2. Clicking on View Full Profile displays the timeline.

I have tried a blank Joomla template, I have turned off all cache, I have removed all add-ons. The results are the same.

I don't give access to our system, so need to know what you would look at or try to fix this, please.

I've tried in my locally, it seems work fine.

We would love to help you troubleshoot this issue but it seems like you didn't provide us with your site details.

Perhaps you can try follow my instruction to troubleshoot this issue and see what error show out.

It's resolved.

It wasn't a bug - user error. I accidentally clicked not to display on the custom section "basic info' header. I thought that would just suppress the header info.

It hid the entire form.

I reactivated that section and all is well again.
