Hi Stackideas team,

When I click on "view full profile" on a user page, and then on "about" or on "basic information" I get 80% of times a blank page.

More info enclosed

Debug system tool did not provide any clues

Thanks for your good help

Hi Raph,

Sorry for late reply to this,

I have created a hidden menu for your "French language" - Easysocial Profile menu item.

It should work fine now, can you give it a try now? (Can you clear all of your browser and Joomla cache before you test.)

Check my video link : http://screencast.com/t/dRzi5AkY6V2E

Keep us updated then.

Hi Raph,

I am sorry for the late reply.

I have tried to login to your site but it seems you haven't activate our access yet.
Warning
Username and password do not match or you do not have an account yet.

Since you mention, when you cleared cache this issue is gone. Do you install any cache component/plugin on this site? If so, can you try disable it for a while and see how it goes.

By the way, can you tell us how can we replicate this issue? When I accessing the provided profile, it displaying correctly.

Please advise.

Dear Mohd Yasser,

Thanks

The credentials provided are now working.

The page is still not working on my side: the link ending with "apropos2" (about2) is not showing the "informations principales" (basic information). I have faced this several times with several differents profiles.

I'll try to unpublish plugins and I'll let you know if things go better.

Best

Hi raph,

I've tested in my local and it seems to be working fine but the provided JoomlaBackEnd, FTP credentials are not working.
Check my screenshot: http://screencast.com/t/TXb4B9lUjQA
=============
530 Login incorrect.
Critical error: Could not connect to server
=============
Can you provide us the credentials( Joomla BackEnd, FTP ) access for us to have a better look?

Hi raph,

Regarding your issue, it seems like something is rewriting the ajax url in EasySocial, e.g.
http://www.yoursite.org/profil/?option=com_easysocial&Itemid=338&_ts=1436526989429

But the correct one should be as below:
http://www.yoursite.org/?option=com_easysocial&Itemid=338&_ts=1436526989429

Do you have any system plugin that will take the current viewing url (e.g /profil/ ) and replace the links inside the html document content (including links in javascript files)?

Please advise.

Dear Ethan,

Both the links your provided are working in my site

This one http://www.yoursite.org/profil/?option=com_easysocial&Itemid=338&_ts=1436526989429 just adds the profil completion warning to the site.

As far as I know I do not have any system plugin that will take the current viewing url (e.g /profil/ ) and replace the links inside the html document content (including links in javascript files)...

Dear Ethan,

Just wondering, I have differents profiles, all with a "basic information" tab...could it be (blank page when clicking on it) because all "basic information" tab have the same variable in the ES system? Not sure if they have the same variable actually.. just a thought..

Thanking you

Many thanks Arlex!

Would not have thought the menu was the cause.

Awesome!
