Hello,

I would like to configure a profile type for users who will not participate in the ranking of the site (no award of points, no trophies ...)

How do I create a profile type for users who want to use the site normally?

How to make this configuration please?

Hi Georges,
The points and achievement system operates as a whole on EasySocial. Unfortunately, there is no way to configure a profile type to not utilize these features.
You can only disable or enable the points and achivements system entirely on EasySocial through the general settings.

Hello,

Sorry for the late response. Ok I understood.

However, I have another problem. I realized several test registration. Points are not automatically assigned when the user signs up with the easysocial form.

I am obliged to assign the points manually.

How to assign 250 point users automatically to registration?

Hello Georges,

You can edit the points and set the points to 250,

1. Go to the points User Points area at the back end of EasySocial and search for "register",

2. You should see a screen like this, http://take.ms/vGC8s . Click on the highlighted rule to edit the rule

3. Set your desired points and save it
