Hi,

I've been experimenting with my Unlimited Bundle on a few sites, to get a bit of a sense of it all. I've now created the site I hope to develop more fully (details below) AND just purchased and installed the EasySocial Unlimited as well... AND...

NOW I understand why you guys offer Professional Installation services for the first 5 domains!

Anyway, how does your Professional Installation service work...?

What's the process, to get everything set up and integrated... with all the bells and whistles functioning?

Hello Jeff,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. The professional installation that we provide is to install the extensions on your site for you. I have tried accessing your site and it looks like all of the extensions are already installed. Is there anything that I could do to assist you with?

Hello Jeff,

All you need to do is to setup the remote publishing at http://storycatchersonline.org/ . This is the site that you are trying on am I correct? Because the cronjobs are configured to this site.

Actually, (see the appended details in my first post in this ticket) I was wanting the cronjobs installed on storycatchersonline-westbroadway.org

Your work's not wasted though, as I was going to get the storycatchersonline.org set up next.

In any case, could you set up the cronjobs on storycatchersonline-westbroadway.org as well please?
