It seems like the problem is caused by your system plugin "System - RSFirewall! Active Scanner" . As soon as the plugin is disabled, the audio upload works just fine.

I believe it is most likely because the plugin probably thinks that the contents of the audio file could be a hacker that is trying to send malicious data.

Thanks for the info and please post it on your docs. RSFirewall has issues with iframes and more . But you just saved me hours!
