Hello.
I can't update component to the latest version. Updates are not installed.
HI user23,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

The updater is not working now, but we already fix in 5.0.14, in other word, when you update to next version e.g. 5.0.15 through the updater, it will work fine.

To fix this now, you have to download the launcher installer from your dashboard ( http://stackideas.com/dashboard ), upload the installer in your Joomla installer.

By the way, I have tried to upload the installer through your Joomla installer, but for some reason when it uploaded finished, it redirect to this page -> This web page is not available , may i know do you have hitting this issues before?

Looking forward of your response.

Hi,

I think I might have the same problem. I've used the launcher to migrate from 3.9 to 5.0.13 but then EasyBlog told me to update to 5.0.14.

Using the built-in updater didn't seem to work and when I downloaded com_easyblog_full_pro_5.0.14_joomla3.0 and tried to install it from the Joomla core extension installer, nothing happened!

Hi,
I tried in different ways. Version 5.0.14 is not installed.
Before the update there were no problems.

I tried to install via "Install from directory".
The website has disappeared, see screenshot. Then ran the installer and it worked.
