Sorry Arlex Wong I had ask the question in the wrong forum so when you replied i couldn't see it.
the backend is updated in this message.
Hello,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. I can't seem to locate any other posts from you. May I have the URL to the post so that I can update it into the appropriate category?

By the way, what issues are you having with Amazon?

Hello Mike,

Thanks for getting back to me! I have checked your site and the Amazon settings are actually correct and what is missing is probably your cronjob because if I manually access the cronjob url, the items are uploaded to Amazon without any issues at all.

Did you setup the cronjob already?

Hello Mike,

Did all the photos successfully uploaded to the amazon S3? If so, you can replace the attached file in: ../administrator/components/com_easysocial/includes/cron/hooks/storage.php . This will delete the files in your server after uploaded to the Amazon S3. This fix will be included in the next release.

Hello Mike,

We can't really tell the ETA of the next release because not much fix in our repo and our developers are tight with the EB5 development.

Hey @mike I think what you did may have sent the images to Amazon. I checked back days later to see if it was working and it's not. I did the cronjob but may not have set it up right. any help would be great.

Hello Mike,

The cpanel access which you have provided doesn't seem to work, http://screen.stackideas.com/2015-01-03_1722.png . Can you please advise?

By the way, when testing your site, it looks like those images are already being rendered via Amazon. Am I missing anything here? Take a look at my screen shot here, http://screen.stackideas.com/2015-01-03_1723.png

Hello Mike,

Can you also look at my second sentence above? I have checked the site and the images are already being pulled from Amazon. What other issues do you have currently?

Mark the s3 worked on the 27th that one day Alex did something it never worked after. And I think he did the cronjob manually cause he didn't have access to my cpanel or s3 only the site.

Hi Mike,

The reason why you're hitting this issue is because there is an extra file in your .../administrator/components/com_easysocial/includes/cron/hooks/old-storage.php. Can you delete/move this file to another backup file. I believe this will resolves your issue.

Please advise.
Thanks.

Guys I have one more issue. I can't stop the avatars from uploading to S3 even when I turn it off in remote storage and clear the cache. I'm using the new v1.3.15.
I'm trying to stop this because I'm using arrow chat and the avatar disappear every time the cronjob runs. I'm trying not to rename the avatar directory. Is there a step I'm missing?
