This is actually because you have disabled the "User - Badges" app and the app isn't running to process the string. I have enabled it and it works fine now.

By the way, you need to check your cronjob for EasyDiscuss because it is causing the system to generate tons of "index.php?option=com_easydiscuss" files on your ftp root.
