Hello, I've just bought the PayPlans, and I can't install it. I has already sent automatically 2 emails with the issue.
The cache is fully disabled.

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. I managed to login to your site to install PayPlans and the installation completed without any issues.

May I know which package did you downloaded? If it is a new installation, you need to click on the button highlighted here, http://take.ms/F56QN
