Problems with accessing reset password page when Easysocial set to Registered Group Level visibility

I am having problems with getting the reset password functionality to work. I receive the email with the link: http://rvpoints.com/community/account/confirmReset

I've already created a menu item called "confirmreset" that is linked to the forgot password layout. And set to public and is a hidden menu but it is not working.

So to recap for anyone that has this problem.

A menu item needs to be created for resetconfirm with an alias of "account". The menu type is EasySocial » Forgot Password

Then create a menu item called "Account" (the alias can be eaccount or anything). The menu type is EasySocial » Account Layout.

Both are hidden menus. Public access. Then it does work.

Thank you everyone for helping me on getting this to work. Please add the process to your documentation. I could see alot of people who have Easysocial set at "Registered" level needing this process explained.
