Hi Si Team

I can no longer upload images to Blog posts.
I am in the process of creating a Blog here:

http://www.finalbug.net/blog/entry/561-fcp-x-subtitles-the-missing-webinars-04
You will only be access this preferably in the back end.

Please note for security reasons I have changed things on my site.

Please see login details in the Site section.

I checked with Admin Tools from Akeeba and they do not believe that their component is the issue.

Please advise

Paul
I've checked in your site, it seems like you hitting redirection issue when you trying to upload image into your blog content, you can refer on my attached screenshot to see the real issue.

By the way, after I took out your `live_site` hardcoded value from your configuration.php file, it work perfectly fine.

Hey Arlex

Thanks as always for our quick and thorough response.

In Germany when you do not understand a thing you can say.
“ich verstehe nur bahnhof” which literaly means “I understand only Train Station.”
Or in other words I have not got a clue what you are talking about.

Q1) the problem is fixed now right? I have tested and things work at me end.
Q2) Any idea how something like this happens?

thanks

Paul

Yes, everything will work fine after remove you hardcoded your site domain name in your configuration.php file, you can actually refer on my above screenshot.

The reason why your previously can't work is because the upload image ajax always call this http://finalbug.net (without www prefix) then get the redirect 301 error response from your server when I login as http://www.finalbug.net (with www prefix).
