I can see it's updated, thank yo so much for your help. But now no one can comment!

Here's an email we got from one user:
"I no longer have the "click on the sign" problem but now when I sign in, type up the comment then press "submit comment"
the above happens - the screen stays the same, the "submit comment" button changes to the above (like a buffering sign) then nothing happens! I've tried leaving it, signing back in, refreshing the screen but cant get past this stage.

I've also just tested and it's true, the has no comments since the 20th, and it usually have a lot of comments everyday....!

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a public holidays for us here.

It seems like when you enable "Use Invisible Recaptcha" setting from Komento, then caused this issue.

May i know how do you get those Recaptcha site/secret key?

Because if you would like to use Invisible Recaptcha, you have to re-create another new Recaptcha for this invisible type from your Google account, because both key is different.

For now I've help you temporary disabled this setting "Use Invisible Recaptcha", it should be work fine now.

I believe I have already responded to the ticket which you have sent to our helpdesk. The problem is because the database on your site has a mismatch columns. Not entirely sure why but I strongly believe that you probably migrated or restored from a backup which has these missing columns.
