Hi, I was an EasySocial customer in the past. However, in July I let my subscription run out and decided not to update it. Today I decided to renew my subscription. After renewing my subscription I attempted to install via Network. While I was trying to download via network, I got to 10% and then received a message saying "Please download the new launcher from our site at http://stackideas.com/dashboard". I already downloaded the new launcher and yet it still won't work. Can I receive some help on this?

I'm really sorry that delayed of this reply,
Can you try regenerate the API key from your http://stackideas.com/dashboard and try again install the launcher installation zip file from your backend > extension manager and see how it goes?

If the issues still persists, can you provide us with your Joomla backend and FTP access so we can help you check on this?

Sure, we will help you on this, may i know do you have face this issues before? When you trying install Easysocial from your backend > Extension manager > then hitting this "component not found" , Please advise.

Hello Ashley Rosenthal,

It seems like some of the plugin trigger that so you keep hitting that error "component not found".

By the way, I have help you updated to latest version of Easy social now, please have a check.
