i get the same while the update. The install have no problem but if i try to update i get this problem. What can i do?
If it posible to rollback if the update dont work? I reimport the database but he try to update again!

I got the same problem while installting the latest version. Stuck on the same place(Initializing Admin Files).
Probably it's caused by the wrong domain (there's no way I can modify it by myself).
I've submitted a new ticket to ask for your help directly.
