Problems creating a new blog - sizing issue with IceMegaMenu Module

when I go to the news (easyblog) section of my site, login and create a new blog the blog edit page seems to get stuck behind my joomla navigation (I am using IceMegaMenu Module) I cannot properly edit or create a blog because I cannot access all the features.

please go to the site listed below, click on News and login to EB and try to create a blog. You will see what I men. All login details provided with this post.

Hm, it seems to be working fine now. Can you purge your browser's cache?

Nope. that code in the Template.css has not made any difference. I have uploaded another image file 1.jpg which you should be able to see now?

Where did you add it to? I don't see it being applied when I access http://glengallery.attentiveweb.com.au/index.php/news

I added it to the template.css of the sites template...im pretty sure its done.
or should this be added to a different template.css?

I think you might need to add it into custom.css or probably need to purge the cache if there are any caching framework from your template?

Just cleared the cache no change.
There is no custom.css file with this template.
Are you suggesting I create a custom.css with this code in?
