Probleme To Import DB In A New Hosting Provider

Hello friends,

My actual hosting provider will stop site hosting, I need to find another one. I'm currentrly testing a swiss web hosting, but I need to transfert my joomla site. The probleme, is with my MySQl database, please take a look to to the attached picture (located url available in Additional Information — Hidden From Public)

MySQL return an error message and I have the feeling it's related with EasySocial, but I'm not sure.

Do you know how can i solve this issue ?

This probleme is maybee not related with your product. In this case, I will understand if you can't help me, don't worry :-)

Based on my experience, you actually do not need to try with Joomla 4 first because it haven't release for the stable version yet.

And it doesn't mean that once they release Joomla 4 stable version, then all the Joomla 3.x site will break, this will never happen, so you can concentrate with your moving to new hosting now.

To be frank with you, I never encounter this kind of SQL error so currently I am not really sure what is the solution to solve this, based on what my research regarding that error, you can try following ideas and see how it goes.

1. Go to your PHPMYADMIN > USER > find this user 'yannande_cms' > click edit privileges http://take.ms/LnI45 > ensure this user has all the permission.

2. Or you can try this remove all this 'DEFINER=your user name@localhost' from your SQL dump file http://take.ms/us7sJ before you run SQL in PHPMYADMIN

It might be your SQL query defined that user doesn't have Super privilege so unable to execute this SQL query in your database.

Remember before you do anything you must do the full backup.

Sorry for latest reply.

In fact, I have any acknowledge with MySQL, don't you know what is the table that generate this error ?

Otherwise, I can make a new fresh installation of Joomla in my new provider, maybee it's time to use Joomla 4, but I don't know when the officfial release will be ready, and I don't want to do it in march, april, or later, because I have other projects in mind..

So, any idea how can I transfert my DB to my new hosting ?

I read your links, but without serious acknowledge, I can solve it myself.

If you have an idea or suggestion, that's great, otherwise, don't worry, I'll close this ticket and restart a Joomla (4?) installation
