I've applied some fix in this file JoomlaFolder\components\com_easydiscuss\themes\wireframe\posts\item.php , it should work fine now.

Can you atach fixed file, because after update i have this problem again.

It seems that your categories title as shown http://prntscr.com/c6d9h0. That why it showed like your attached pictures. You have to change your category title to make it show like it should. Below i attached file as stated by my colleague. Hope this helps.

Seems like you did not yet translate some of the language string that you've make for the categories.
I've tested the category that you've already translated in language override and it was working fine.
You must translate it first in order the language appear correctly
