When trying to upload a video in EasySocial nothing seems to be happening. The only thing showing is a progress bar with "Encoding your video... 0%"

Can you please take a look at this?
Hi Andre,

After a long way of troubleshoot this issue, I've inspected that currently you're using avconv( Libav) instead of FFMpeg where as outlined in our requirement
Perhaps, can you consult with your webhosting provider is there a way to change to use FFMpeg? there is many advantages as you change to FFMpeg rather than avconv (some of it is security consideration and bug handling)

Hi Daniel,

Can you create a new ticket for your issue and provide us with your back end and FTP access to your site(in site detail section) so that we can further check on it?

Thanks for your cooperation
