Apparently the problem was from an authorized user. We just updated to 3.1.2 and the problem is gone, but the page still takes a long time to load. Is it possible to remove these pictures which climbs while loaded material and how to do it in the settings?

Correct me if I am wrong here, do you mean you want to remove the loading animation as per your screenshot above? unfortunately, there is no setting to remove it at this point of time.
