Regarding your issue, can you check if your EasyBlog backend the 'featured' slideshow was enabled? Go to EasyBlog backend under Settings -> Layout -> Listings -> Featured and check if the setting 'Show Featured Slider' is enabled or not. If yes, then you can turn this setting off

Anyway, regarding your issue, it seems like EasyBlog setting did not saved correctly. I've reconfigure your EasyBlog setting and now the showcase slider no longer appear in your EasyBlog listing page

By the way, it seems like your EasyBlog was configured to use vintage theme but in your EasyBlog frontpage, the vintage theme styling was not loaded. I am wondering if you are customising your EasyBlog?

Regarding your issue with the cyrillic characters in url, you will need to enabled this option so that the blog post url can be route correctly. Please see screencast.com/t/JL858a61Ot6U

I've enabled this option for you and now your blog post no longer hit 404 You can find this option at your EasyBlog backend under setting -> seo -> general -> permalink.

Actually the url will get translated once you have save the blog post on your site. What unicode url does is easyblog will append the blog id at the beginning of the url alias so that easyblog can load the blog post based on id instead of alias.

I am sorry for the confusion here. Unicode url will not translating your blog alias. What it does is it will include the blog id at the beginning at the title, http://new.good-week.ru/design/2604-%D1%82%D0%B5%D1%81%D1%82%D0%B8%D0%BC where 2604 is the id of the blog title.

May I know what do you mean old site get translated? Do you mean that this feature is available in easyblog 3.9 and below? If I'm not wrong we do not have this feature before and the translation is only for the main sef title for the view such as category, listing, latest and so on. Can you please advise?

Hm, I've try to replicate your case using my old easyblog 3.9 and it seems like the url does not get translated like you did in your old site. I have also checked our own sef permalink system and it will by default using joomla url filter to filter out any unicode url. Can you provide FTP access for your old site so we can take a closer look inside?

I think there is some misunderstanding. The Unicode Aliases needs to be disabled if you want it to behave like the same way as your existing live site not the other way around.

By the way, I strongly advise users to split their questions into separate threads in order for us to manage your issues more efficiently. If all your questions are condensed into a single thread, do take note that you will get a slower response simply because different moderators are working on your issues as we do not maintain a "single person single thread".

Yes, but if disabled Unicod Aliases doesn't work posts where in aliases have cirillic simbols. I have 1500 posts with cirillic aliaces. Old version easyblog good work, but in new version have problem. And one more problem with disabled titles in category page. (

one more problem with disabled titles in category page.

It seems like you have created single category item for all of your category and the settings are actually inherited from the menu itself, http://screencast.com/t/Cc7kQ6Wm2 . However since you are upgrading your easyblog version from 3.9 the menu settings did not get saved properly during the update. I've fix this by re-saving your single category menu items and everything should be working correctly now.

You are most welcome. Since this is a modification, the fix will not be included in the next release of easyblog and you have to backup the file for each update in the future.
