Hello! Today, at us the My Records page which just began to show the white screen unexpectedly took off... All the rest works, we changed nothing, just users added the entries.
Please, help to solve a problem https://sub-cult.ru/blogs/dashboard/entries
The ftp access does not work. Can you please edit the post and include the correct ftp access?

Hi there,

It seems that your current php disabled these functions http://take.ms/2gOCQ(Mbstring Enable and Iconv Available). Maybe you can try to enable them first and see how it goes.

It would be best if you can consult with them(your web hosting service provider) on how to enable them for your site. Please advice.
