Hello
I currently have the PayPlans 3.7.0 component installed, I downloaded the new packet 3.7.1 but the installation fails and I can not carry out another update to 4.0.2
Please help me to make the correct update.
Hey Polish,

I've tried to access your site but it seems you have applied ip restrictions.

403: Access Forbidden
Your location (IN) has been blacklisted.

Also , i'll help you to upgrade to payplans version 4.0.2, before that please take backup of your site and also read the transition document.

Hey Polish,

I am really sorry for the delayed response due to public holidays.

I''ve already helped you to install PayPlans 3.7.1 version at your site.
Before upgrading to PayPlans 4.0.2, please read transition doc.

Update me if you have any query on this.

In the above-mentioned update instructions there is information that 1 updates should be made to version 4.0.
Where can I get it from now? Because when I got the updates to 4.0.1, at the end of the installation I got a 500 error.

Hey Polish,

I've checked and found that you have restore payplans to version 3.7.1 again.
I've checked and found that you are using Payu Poland payment method at your site , which is deprecated in PP 4 , because we are unable to get merchant sandbox account. That's why it giving 500 error.
If you don't want to use this payment method further then disable this plugin and do the upgrade.

It's mentioned in transition doc also.
Are there any apps or payment methods deprecated in PayPlans 4?
Yes and they are properly listed above. If you are using any of them at your site, we strongly advice against upgrading to 4.0. What you can do for now is to remain on version 3.7, but at the same time, do provide us the sandbox merchant accounts for the payment methods, so we can add those payment methods back. Once all that is done, you may then perform the upgrade.

Update me if you have any query.
