Hello,

It seems that there is a problem with the images in easysocial 2.0.16:

- Module menu
- avatar
- cover

Here are the screenshots

Please, can you help me solve this problem?

thank you for your understanding

Have a good day
Hi Georges,
It seems the header in the profile page is displaying properly(http://take.ms/2Q3U5). I could not find the user in your screenshot, perhaps you can provide us the url of that user so we can have a look.
The the avatar and profile cover seems to be displaying fine too(http://take.ms/veQZ7). Am I missing something here?
P. S : It seems your backend could not be accessed with /administrator(redirect to homepage). Please advice.

Hey Georges,
I took a look at the user's avatar and cover photo that was not loading. It seems that it is trying to load images from Amazon S3. May I know whether you previously set up S3? If yes, then you have to set it up again in order for those images to load.
If you are not planning to use S3, you can try re-uploading new photos and see how it goes.

Hello Georges,

As mentioned on the other tickets, I believe there is some strange issue with the site as the #__easysocial_configs table was removed altogether. I believe this is the reason why but EasySocial doesn't remove anything like this during the upgrade so you need to check what really happened.

Did you install the quick start package for your Joomla template? Most quickstart may contain database queries which could potentially be causing this.

Hello,

Yes, I had installed Quick Start. I did a manual installation with the Joomla_3.6.5-Stable-Full_Package package. I downloaded the package on the official website of joomla https://downloads.joomla.org/

Hello Georges,

You will just need to add the settings for EasySocial and it should be good to go. I think you need to monitor people having access to your site. Someone actually probably just replaced files and the database.
