Hello,

It would seem that there is a problem with the easysocial key.

Here is the error message: Some parts of the software which utilize our service may not run properly if the API key is not provided. Please enter your API key

Please, can you help me solve this problem?

thank you for your understanding

Have a good day
Hello Georges,

I can't seem to access https://www.mybigpay.eu/administrator/index.php as it keeps redirecting me back to https://www.mybigpay.eu/

Can you please advise?

How did you install / upgrade EasySocial Georges? Can I update EasySocial for you to the latest version to ensure that the packages are all up to date?

Hello,

I did the update without downloading the package. I clicked directly on Update from Administration.
Yes, you can do the update. I noticed that my configuration was initialized after the update. How to avoid this please?

Thank you

Hello Georges,

Upgrading will not wipe out anything. All of our installers are designed not to wipe anything unless it is a maintenance operation which we performed. I believe in your other thread regarding the Amazon settings, it was something else and it has nothing to do with the upgrade. This could also be the reason why your settings for the api key is missing.

Something must have modified your #__easysocial_configs table or removed the data altogether.

Hello Georges,

I have already updated EasySocial for your site and it was working fine. You could try to monitor this in the future before upgrading.
