I created the menu for the home that takes profits articles easyblgo only that this is the canonical
<link href="http://www.mysite.it/?view=latest" rel="canonical" />
instead of
<link href="http://www.mysite.it/" rel="canonical" />

I have fixed one of the canonical link but the other one seems to be coming from the "System - SEF" plugin. There is no way to fix this plugin as this is provided by Joomla.

The only way for me to fix this, is to comment out line 50 in the file /plugins/system/sef/sef.php

Well, the plugin is always adding a canonical tag when it detects the current menu is not having the same url.
