Hi,
i have some trouble with Remote Mailbox Publishing.
It worked very well some time ago but not anymore
I think I have configured everything ok but I get no blogs when publishing from remote

Info:
cronjob cpanel:
wget -O - -q -t 1 "https://robkivit-natuurfotografie.nl/index.php?option=com_easyblog&task=cron";

Hope you can help me

Thank you

Kind regards,
Rob
I was unable to login from your site backend, this is what I hit now:

Warning
Unable to connect to authentication service.

Also, can you update your Cpanel login access so we can able to check whether you setup the cronjob command correctly or not?

Hmm strange, I am still unable to login from your site backend, this is what I hit : Unable to connect to authentication service.

(screenshot: https://monosnap.com/file/9f5L0VHq7eoKGLuE5mN1X8lKaMug3e )

Can you provide us with the following information so I can see if I can find out what clue might cause this issue?

1. Are you confirming the cronjob command you set up correctly? ( you can check the cronjob response)

2. Can you provide me with this configuration screenshot https://monosnap.com/file/zgpsCklyGRI0IxX1QvT3zBax7XMvZz ?

Yes, I know you provided this login credentials might be correct but I still hitting this error:

Warning
Unable to connect to authentication service.

I think somewhere from your site plugin does not allow me to log in?

Can you try to disable this plugin Authentication - LDAP then I try login again.

Arlex,
i have updated the site details again. Can you please try it again

Refering to your suggestion of disabling the LDAP plugin I'm a little afraid I will lose all access to the website. See attachment

Yes, I still can't access it, keep getting this error when I try to log in.

Warning
Unable to connect to authentication service.

As long as you have enabled this "Authentication - Joomla" plugin, it should be fine if you disable this "Authentication - LDAP" plugin.

Okay, seems like your cronjob command setup correctly.

I noticed you have set the blog title prefix [blog] so ensure that you have put this prefix in your email subject title, then the system only will pick this email and fetch to the Easyblog.

Have you set any email from this "Sender Whitelist"? (screenshot : https://monosnap.com/file/v1xg2xTAMH6AMk3BBPRxY2JJrPm6Ml )

If yes, the system only picks up the email who send from these sender whitelist email address.

And I also noticed that you have enabled this setting "Map E-mail Address To User's E-mail Address" (screenshot: https://monosnap.com/file/Zbw7TUMApMxQlmuaFxqdH3n35qHkBC ) so the system will only fetch the email if the email sender has registered on the site.

By the way, can you check your Gmail account whether you have enable this option "Allow less secure apps" from https://myaccount.google.com/lesssecureapps ?
