Hello!

We have a problem with the registration after we migrated our website from JomSocial to EasySocial. During the registration process the user is asked several times for basic informations, birthday, gender, ....

I added a screenshot where you can see our problem.

Perhabs there is a problem with the migration process if the connection fails or is started several times.

P.S. We deleted the multiple fields in the profiletypes and corrected it. Easy to find! Thanks for the great software!

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.
Actually I have a little bit lost here, because I have tried to register in your site, it seems like working fine without any issues.
Or do you mean that after registered successfully then hitting blank page right? If yes, can you provide us with your FTP access as well? Please advise,

Hello Arlex!

I wanted to inform you, that it looks like a problem with the migration process, as we had fields like birthday, gender, ... several times in the profile. They had been generated several times. We deleted them, perhabs you can have a look at the migration process again to avoid the problem in future, as we expect that lots of admins will join easysocial in future, the best community extension we know!

By the way, do you know, when video "gallery" will be implemented? Are there plans to add user defined field for social media links into the profiles? We are looking forward to the next features. We love the implementation of videos from e.g. youtube into a status update and we love the photo gallery features.

May i know when you process migration that times, is it your internet connection failed? Then you re-migrate everything again?
