After checking on your site, it seems one of your plugin have caused this issues to happen. It seems that "System - RokCandy" have add add one more class that is "tm-quote" and that why it shown you quote on top of your reply. I have disable it for you and it works fine now.

If you required this plugin in your sites, maybe you can consult with "System - RokCandy" service provider regarding this issues. Hope this helps
