Problem with language ru-RU installation for EasySocial

Hi guys,

I'm trying to install ru-RU package for EasySocial directly from EasySocial panel, but nothing happend.
Pls, help.

Hello,

Thanks for the directory. Seems like the first time you download there was some issue resulting in a corrupted file. I have deleted the wrong files and re-download the language. It is now working Hope this helps.

Hi,

Go to backend -> EasySocial -> Languages, select the Russian language in the list, and click on "Install/Update" button on the top.

Yes, I did what you write many times, I even got message that languages files installed successfully, but no Russian language appears.

Hello,

So sorry for the delay in getting back to you. I tried to check your files via FTP but i can't seems to find the directory where your current site is installed. I did find a site with no EasySocial on it. Could you please provide the path to your current site with this issue? Please advice.

my current site is in sd-pro-new.tmweb.ru directory.
sd-pro-new.tmweb.ru / public_html/
Pls, help, because I need to present this site in 2-3 working days. For me English is not a problem but my colleagues cannot understand.
