Problem with language in email and alert subject

The language files are messed up on my site, The subject of the email is showing "APP_EVENT_PHOTOS_EMAILS_COMMENT_ALBUM_INVOLVED_SUBJECT" this is also appearing in the notification.This started after updating to 2.2.7
