After install Komento I want to integrate JEvents. But at the settings there is nothing to see to activate it. There is only the choice for the categories.
At the event I can write a comment. But there are no more possibilities for setting.
If I use the modul 'Komento coments' I have an error 500

What can I do?
Hello Jens,

Komento 3 should just work out of the box without configuration. This is why we have simplified the configuration so you don't have to perform manual tasks like this.

Can you please edit your post and include the FTP access so that we can check the integrations?

Thank you for this answer. I have updated my details (FTP). Please have a look for the module with 'Komento coments' and the JEvents filter.

Hello Jens,

If I use the modul 'Komento coments' I have an error 500

I have replicated this on our local and it seems that there are issues regarding this. Can you try to replace attached file at this path .../components/com_komento/komento_plugins/com_jevents.php as i cant access your given FTP.

Please give it a check and see how it goes.

Thank you, that runs. Sorry for the wrong FTP details.

A second question: non-registered users (guests) could write a comment. But at the modul I cannot see the name they wrote in the name field.

Any idea?

Regards
Jens.

Sorry, there is one point more:
On my frontpage you see the module with the new comments. The second comment is a JEvent comment (' Die Nutznießer - "Arisierung" in Göttingen'). If I click on the link, there is a JEvents error that the event doesn't exist.

This event (it's a drama at the theatre) is a repeating event. Maybe the reason for this error is here.

Regards
Jens.

PS
The FTP should run now

Hi there,

This event (it's a drama at the theatre) is a repeating event. Maybe the reason for this error is here.

it seems that this issues came from "JEvents" itself. Maybe you can consult with them regarding this issues first and see how it goes. Thanks for your understanding

I asked the support from JEvents. I got this answer:
Did Komento do the integration? I would suggest they use the RPID and not the event ID since we give an RPID for each event to load them and I suspect this maybe their problem.
