Problem with installing EasyBlog 5

I try to install using the file:
com_easyblog_launcher_pro_5.0.21_joomla3.0.zip
but I get this error
Table 'NAMEDB.PREFIXDB_easyblog_configs' does not exist SQL = SELECT `` PREFIXDB_easyblog_configs` params` FROM WHERE `name` = 'DBVersion'

where am I wrong?

Hi Stefano,

Your phpmyadmin is actually restrict your site from creating any database table for your site due to the permission issue, hence the easyblog installation will failed. Unfortunately this is something that we cannot help you with .

Hi Stefano,

Can I have the following credentials so we can help you with the installation on your site?
1) Joomla backend access
2) FTP access
3) PHPMyAdmin access for database.

It looks like you are now requesting support for a different site altogether. Please take note that support for the Pro version only includes 1 site only. If you are wanting to request support for a different site, please consider purchasing another subscription or upgrade to the Unlimited version.

You can uninstall MijoSQL from the site as we probably installed it early to run some debug.
