I've tried to replicate the issue with these steps:
1. Comment after load/refresh a page
2. Write a comment and leave it 15 minute and try to submit the comment
Seems like I still cannot replicate it in your site

Perhaps, if you encounter this issue next time, can you observe the condition, maybe what browser you're using, which entry post etc. so we can narrow down the possibility to reproduce this

Maybe I understand why I disattivamento the cache that is managed by jotcache component and jchoptimize and now no more the problem

Based on what you observation, I believe that is most likely is the cache issue, perhaps you can enabled back jchoptimize then try again? and disable all the cache system from your site.
