Problem with editing the title

Hi everyone, I need to edit the title of a thread, I tried from the back end but I don't understand where to go so I went to the front end and after logging in I clicked on edit post.
I wrote the new title or did hello and I get an error message which I enclose where it tells me that the captcha is not valid, but I don't have any captcha
Where do I go wrong?

Hey stefano,

Can you try again? Just now I tried turning off recaptcha in Settings>Anti Spam>Captcha, then edit the post and it works.

Now I have enable back recaptcha and when edit the post again, I no longer hit errors. I'm not sure why the error occurred earlier. It could be due to cache, which you can try to disable and clear if you encounter a similar issue in the future.
