If you are upgrading from 2.x to 3.x, you need to download the installer from https://stackideas.com/dashboard as upgrading between major revision requires a new installer.

I downloaded the new installer and made the correct installation but after logging in I get an error:

Sorry, there should be no space inside. I've already updated 1 access password. Big lowercase letters are important.

It is a known issue. You need to update your Docker app to the latest version first in order to proceed the update to EasySocial 3.x. I had helped you to update the Docker app to the latest version already and EasySocial as well.
