Problem with Easy Blog, Discuss, Social and Komento Update Problem

Hi

I have been update to the latest versions of EasyBlog, EasyDiscuss, using the Joomla Extension manager.

In each instance, I have get the error message "There was an error uploading this file to the server."

I have updated previously without problem.

Any help would be appreciated.
Hello Steven,

I have checked your site and it looks like your hosting provider has set the upload_max_filesize to 2mb only and this is probably causing the issues with uploading the installation files. Is it possible for you to request your hosting provider to increase this value to 8mb or larger?

Hi Steven,

Regarding your issue, can you pass me your Joomla backend admin access and your ftp account so that we can investigate your issue further?
By the way, do you have issue installing other Joomla extension? Or you only encounter issue from our product?

Hi Sam

I just test installed another Joomla extension and it worked with no problems.

I have now provided Backend Joomla Access and FTP access details.
