Problem with download

Good day
I have installed the full package onto my joomla, but 1 subject under Compoents, Komento is not there and I assume it's the one that make all live and functions. what have installed is the following but my blog comment and ratings is not working, it's showing but not working: installed:
settings, themes, backgrounds, comments, acl, subscribers, download requests, languages, email activities and migrators. there is 1 according to your instructions that is not on my down loads. pls can you assist in getting my blog comments and ratings active asap.

Hey there,

There seems to be conflict of jQuery. I've enable Komento to load its's own jQuery and you should be able to comment and rate.

To reach the option go to backend -> Komento -> Settings -> General -> Systems tab.
