problem with direct message

Hello, I just found problem in ES.
When I want to send a message to other user, system inform me that "You have exceeded the amount of messages allowed to be sent daily. Please try again tomorrow" however I have never sent a message today.

anybody can help me?
BTW, how many messages that allowed to be sent per day?

Sorry for late reply to this,
Actually that was the access new rules in latest version of Easysocial, so you have to go to your backend > Easysocial > Access > discover > Start scan
Then the "exceeded the amount of messages allowed to be sent daily" rules option will available in your backend > Easysocial > Profile type > select your profile type > Access tab > Conversations
