I was able to identify a part of the problem that was not displaying the correctly what plans were needed to give access to the content. Now I'm just having trouble displaying public access content.

the content for SUBSCRIBERS, is inside the tags:

{payplans plan_id = 2 SHOW} CONTENTS HERE {/ payplans}

But after that tag, I'd like to leave some information for non-subscribers. I'll explain better:

I sell video lessons where videos are for subscribers. But below the content for subscribers, I would like to leave the list of materials needed for study, because in this way, the user buys the course already knowing what materials will need to be acquired.

I think can be done with customization but let me know first that first let me know that content you want to show for non subscriber as well as for guest user also.
