Problem with Cometchat on my site

Hello,
I noticed that Cometchat was no longer working on my site.
It works well on the ESmobile Template but no longer on the Protostar Template.
Do you have any information about this defect?

To be honest, this is a Cometchat inquiry rather than our component. Perhaps, can you consult this issue with their support
