There was a little bit tricky to check their email is it valid or not through email, but in my suggestion, you can set your email address validation from backend > Easysocial > profile type > select your profile > custom field tab > edit email address field > Basic tab

Could you make an option such as "admin approval together with email verification by user"? What do you think?

I mean, users first will validate their email addresses with validation code/link and then they will wait admin approval to be able to enter the site.

In other words, how to disallow fake or wrong emails by using admin approval? How admin approval can be used together with email verification?

"backend > Easysocial > profile type > select your profile > custom field tab > edit email address field > Basic tab" is not a validation, I think. I can pre-define there some email providers, etc, right?

I am sorry but it is not possible to achieve this currently . Perhaps you can submit your ideas in our voices page so our developers can check on this directly and perhaps implementing this feature in the next future release of easysocial.
