Problem with a banner

Hello! I on the website in top-line have a flash-banner. When I press "To create record" there is a pop-up window, but the banner at the same time remains and closes an upper part. How it can be solved? Thanks in advance

It seems that i cant replicate this on my end as you can see here http://screencast.com/t/46xmZEIR. Maybe i have replicated it wrongly. Can you provide us on how to replicate this or in what browser or is it mobile you use? Please advice.

It happens only when you don't scroll the page down as when scrolling the menu remains from above, and the banner doesn't

I am using mozilla and using my PC to test it. Maybe you can try to clear your browser cache first and see how it goes.
