Hey
We are having problem with file uploading in conversation. Can you take a look?

I also uploaded a screenshot
We have fixed some of the issue for this conversation upload attachment part in the 2.2.5 version.

Perhaps you can try update to the latest version and see how it goes.

If you have did some customisation, you have to do the backup first before you update.
