Hello,

I am new to EasyBlog. The word UNDEFINED was being added to the bottom of all my blog posts, so I did some searching on this forum and discovered that I needed to upgrade my EasyBlog software. I currently have EasyBlog 3.914919 installed and I have been trying to upgrade to the latest version, 3.9.15110. After clicking Run Updater, the installation stops at 5% (Downloading patch files...) and does not continue. I have tried upgrading several different times, using different PC's and browsers and always get the same result. I have saved my API key, so I don't believe that's the problem. Do I need to do a fresh install of EasyBlog from scratch? Thank you for the assistance.

Hello Kirk,

Yep, this is what you need to do:

1. Download the latest 3.9.15110 , install it via Extensions Manager.
2. Re-edit the blog posts that has the "undefined" keyword and remove it manually.
3. Try to clear your browser's cache.
4. Try to create another blog post and see if you hit the same issue.
