Hallo
I have a problem with the subscribers.

I can't manage them because Easy-Blog only shows me an incomplete list.
The shipping works fine, but of about 200 addresses Easy-Blog only shows me about 20, even if I set "Show all".
Thanks for the support
Hi there,

Can you share me the CSV file which has about 200 subscribers that you mentioned and import into your EasyBlog so that we can have a better check of it?

Hi there,

At first, I thought that you were mentioning about import the subscribers into EasyBlog incompletely.

The reason that this happens is because you enabled 'Notify Every Site User On New Posts' at the Notifications's Blog tab setting. So it will notify all the users from your site and your guest subscriber as well.

Ho Irwin

Thank you. I have disable now "Notify Every Site User On New Posts'. But that doesn't solve my problem.

When I will manage in "Abonnements/Subscribers" the subscribers I see only a small part of all subscribers.

The problem remains when used in the Pulldown Menu show "ALL" - but I see not all

Thank You for your help

Let me clarify again, you mentioned "but of about 200 addresses Easy-Blog only shows me about 20, even if I set "Show all"". Do you mean it that as shown in the screenshot?

If yes, what this 'Notify Every Site User On New Posts' does is when there is a new blog posted, it will notify all of your users including your subscribers from your site and the guests which subscribed on your site as well on a new post via email.

The small part of all subscribers(which including your guest subscribers) that you mentioned is the real subscribers but the others are the other users(non-subscribers) from your site.

Yeah. That's what I mean. But where can I mutate the subscribers who are not visible?

Can you explain more details about it as I am not really sure what do you mean there but you can find them at Backend > Users > Manage.

Ok. Thank you. Now I have found all. They are not in the Easyblog Abonnements, they are in the Joomla-Users. Thank you. You can close this ticket
