Hello All -

I had an issue with the mailchimp sending emails when I created an article, as opposed to when they were published.

You resolved the issue Original Ticket] and stated that it would be fixed in the next release. I purchased the professional version and felt assured that the issue had been resolved in your release. After upgrading I discovered that it has not and today SEVERAL emails went out as I was scheduling the release of articles.

This actually surprised me, as up until this point your support has been stellar. I am providing a login for you to take a look and fix again. No FTP, admin component is available for that.

Also, the search/navigation bar are not showing to the public, the search icon is not appearing correctly only a blue button and system seems to hate one of my authors (308 - Brett King) and will not show his articles in modules.
Hello,

We are so sorry that we missed this bug. I've tried to access your backend but I got this : http://screencast.com/t/6W6SRr9ck . By the way, we might post a test blog to your site while fixing this bug.

That's fine - already had to send an apology email to subscribers and told them would be working to resolve the issue -
As to access, I show you in the super users group - see attached

Also, please post any changes made, so that I can save them and re-do them should this bug not be resolved in future releases.

Hello,

Sorry to ask, this issue is came from Feed import or scheduled post? Because your previous ticket is from Feed Import which I believe we have fixed it. By the way, can you provide us an access to your Mailchimp account to debug your issue? Please advise.

The items were both actually - one from import - one generated manually. As I would set them up to post later in the week, it would send the emails out without deference to publish date.
Don't want to ever send promotions to articles that they cannot read yet - kind of defeats the point.

As to mailchimp, yes I can provide access - see Optional Information below

Hello,

I'm so sorry but I can't replicate your issue. I've made a test post for both feed importer and scheduled ( http://screencast.com/t/vmX9FOQZo6 ) post but it seems not generated in mailchimp. But if I post a immediate published post, it is generated in Mailchimp. Did I miss anything? Please advise.
