Actually, i have tried both on my local and your end, and it seems that i cant replicate it anymore.
Maybe i have replicated it wrongly. I have created a new user using facebook, logged in and logout, but the stream still not duplicates like yours. Maybe you can provide us on how to replicate this on your site for further check on this issues.

Hi Abdul,
The only special thing I did is create the user with my admin user of joomla.
I will continue making tests and is I get the same again I will open other ticket then.
