I can not install pay plans. I keep getting this error every time I try. I downloaded from the correct button on my dashboard. Here's the error message:

Hello,

I checked your site and found #__payplans_support table is empty, no data in this table. Have you delete it manually ?

I've already helped you to update the payplans 3.6.3 at your site. Please take a look on this and let me know if still any issue persist.

Ok, thank you. I did notice I can't select a currency. Do I need to add a payment gateway first or is there something else going on?

Looks like when I try to go to the App Store in pay plans admin, it redirects me to a blank page. So I can't add payment gateways or another app I may need. This is super frustrating and I'm about to give up. This shouldn't be this difficult. I've worked with so many other membership components before and have never experienced problems like this before.

Hello,

I have tried to access app store, this error is coming because of allowed memory exhausted.

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 72 bytes) in /home/compliant/public_html/libraries/vendor/joomla/string/src/phputf8/utils/unicode.php on line 204

Can you increase the memory_limit to 512M and see how it goes?
After increasing memory limit , try to acess app store again.

Regarding currency issue, payplans currency table is available at your site but tables are blank somehow data is not stored in table.
Please import attached sql files to your database using phpmyadmin and see if still currency field is empty let me know.

Update me with response.
