Problem installing easyblog

Hi, I need help regarding an installation of easyblog.
I purchased de licence professional and I installed this file: com_easyblog_launcher_pro_5.0.17_joomla3.0.zip
The installation was ok, let me attach the screenshot of it (img1) and when I pushed the button "Proceedd with installation" the program do anything! (see the attachment img2)
What can I do!

I believe you have already created a ticket on our helpdesk. Kindly please do just stick with 1 support channel rather than posting it at multiple locations
