problem in showing "my profile" link

hi
I'm using easysochial in my site and i face with new problem
before user set picture for his profile the link of "my profile" showing correct for him but after set a picture for his profile this link dosen't work correctly and show messy and edit profile dosen't work.
can you help me please?

Please provide us your site's access and FTP access so that we can investigate this issue for you.

Also, it seems like your account is not tied with EasySocial's subscription. It could be a mistake on our part. Could you provide us your order number so that we can link it to your account accordingly?
